The spa centre is situated in the 4–star hotel “Ralitsa Superior”. It consists of:

Thermal zone – Indoor pool with mineral water, Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi, Fitness.

Treatment zone – Hydro-massage bathtubs; Cabins for fango-paraffin applications, algae body wraps and aesthetic body treatments; Electrotherapy- electro pulse therapeutic appliances, ultrasound-therapy, magnetic therapy, Body former; Individual massage rooms; Cosmetic studio.

General information

Ralitsa Spa is opened daily from 8.30 am to 5 pm

Reservation and cancellation

Advanced reservations are recommended. For scheduling or cancellations appointments, please inform us at least 4 hours prior.

Spa appearance

Please arrive a minimum 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment. In consideration of all spa guests and therapists, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time. Bath robes are provided in your hotel room, towels- in Spa. If your treatments involve water therapy you are required to wear swimsuit.

During your treatment

Please let your therapists know if you are comfortable or uncomfortable, too warm or too cold, or if their pressure is too light or too firm.

Health conditions & Consultation

All curative programs include medical check-up. For all other wellness packages, if you need a consultation, will be happy to assist you! It is required a medical consultation if you need curative treatments. It is recommended that no alcohol will be consumed prior to your Spa visit. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatment

Sauna/Steam room/Indoor swimming pool/Fitness

Please remember to drink enough water when using a sauna or steam room and pay attention to certain health precautions. Please take notice that our pool has a depth 1.60m and is not suitable for diving or jumping. Be careful during swimming. In the fitness studio the trainers must be worn.

Children below 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Loss or damage
We suggest that you do not bring valuables to the Spa. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles and valuables during your visit to the Spa.
